Pear Upside Down Cake
I went out this afternoon to get eggs. What I was wearing.
Sister’s old uniform pants, brown suede jacket, Bass 2″ brown leather lace up boots, brown tank top, brown leather woven belt.
Happy to report no problems. Here is what I made when I arrived home [Upside Down Cake]. You can find the recipe here.
The only difference for my recipe– I used pure Almond Extract rather than Pure Vanilla Extract. I used slightly less of the Almond Extract than the vanilla the recipe called for. I also used Cardamon but rather worried about how long ago I made the purchase from Whole Foods… so again– slightly less than the recipe called for.
Cake is very good. Wish I remembered to look at the photo when I was placing the pear slices.
Another thing I just noticed– one of the browsers I test with on the Mac– Flock– seems to be a little sticky with applet updates. not seeing the problem with other browsers. Just made this browser the default on my Macbook and this may have been the reason I thought someone changed my weather interface. May have to go back to an older version of Firefox. For some reason the latest release of FireFox was causing my system to stay hot.. think it was the amount of data it was putting into memory. I canned it.
Get off my sites. Some may have been using a back door I left open– enabling an interface similar to mine to run from my site. I have removed the door in question. I repeat– stay off my sites.
