Site Finds… Unicode Character Finder
Recently while trying to solve a problem I was having with a project– I did a little research into Unicodes. I often use Unicodes in programs and interfaces.
For those of you using Macs & Windows and familiar with the Character Palette utilities each offers– you will recognize the usefulness of this site. The site is called the Unicode Character Finder. Except this service also offers the HTML entity. Here is a screenshot of the Dingbats Character set:
Keep in mind, a lot of Unicodes are not [yet] globally supported– so make sure the codes you want to use– are recognized in the environments you need them to work.
