my day- 2.2.10
My morning started with my normal routine of checking emails, sites, etc., coffee, cookies, banana for breakfast– then an hour on the glider.
Had some overripe bananas and a brick of cream cheese left over from the holidays, so I made banana nut bread. The recipe I use calls for 8oz. of cream cheese, 2 eggs, ¼ cup of butter, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of mashed overripe bananas, 2¼ cups of all purpose flour, 1¼ teaspoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of baking soda, cup of chopped walnuts.
Baking activities today decided to drizzle icing [sugar water, powdered sugar, almond extract] over the top:
Had a boiled egg and some of the bread for lunch, then another 20 minutes on the glider. Showered, dressed, ran errands.
What I was wearing today:
Dinner: bowl of rice soup, Club crackers, more banana nut bread.
After dinner: Another 30 minutes [total 1 hour 50 minutes today] on the glider. Now sitting in bed, writing. I did absolutely no work today…
