Every new year, a fresh start is in the offering. I do not tend– to worry about weight or vices but rather business related issues. Also new ways to get the proper authorities [DOJ/FBI] directly involved in my issues.

My vices? I do not drink nor smoke, but I love sweets. I never decide to give up sweets — only to exercise more. But I am not even worried about diet this new year. I have been exercising and not that unhappy with the holiday pounds I could have put on– with the many dishes and desserts I consumed. I did okay– and on track with my exercising.

That said– I was at Costco about a week ago and found a great deal on low fat [99% fat-free] Yoplait yogurt.

Six blueberry, six strawberry and six peach all at 175 calories and very little fat. They are pretty good too. I especially like the peach. I think they were about $8.49 or so for the box of 18. Great snack. When I worry about the things I eat- fat is the one I exclude, so these were perfect.

Yep, when I used to drink sugar laden sodas I never counted the calories. It was the milk shake I worried about. I long ago gave up sugar laden soft drinks for the diet versions [something I thought I would never do].

Why? When I could not figure out what was causing my shortness of breath and the dizzy spills I swore never to consume sugar the way I had before. I used to have a little coffee with my sugar and half & half. Now I have a light whip cream and cinnamon with a bold expresso.

The shortness of breath and dizzy spills? Electrical wiring and improper ion balance [robs oxygen] in the house. I have found that answer too. Windows. The house? I owe many thanks. I gave up most of the pure cane sugar I consumed and smoking- because of the house.

Business– I send out feelers often. I really need DOJ/FBI to engage. Too much interference from what appears to be the wrong government entities. Heads up– I want DOJ/FBI– not any other government entities. And I want direct communications. You other guys be prepared. We are going to do something about this– this year. I said no.
